Moana Poetry Competition

The library is running a Moana Poetry Competition to coincide with the college’s latest production Moana Jr.

The SJB Library x Performance Production collab are inviting you to write a poem about Moana.

What would living on an island feel like? What animal life would you find under the sea? How would the ocean make you feel?

Poems can be about any of the themes in Moana; island life, voyaging, sea life, mythology, it is up to you!

Winning poets can win a ticket to see Moana Jr. on Tuesday 11th or Wednesday 12th February 2025 and be in with the chance of hearing their poem aloud at the performance.

Word limit is 200 words. Completed entry forms should be emailed to Miss Kinsella by the closing date - 7th February.
