This school year has quickly come to an end, and it’s been full of memorable moments, exciting opportunities and achievements across our school community. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights that made this year so special at St John Bosco Arts College.
From rehearsals to standing ovations, our school productions of Annie JR. and Mary Poppins gave students the chance to showcase their talent and confidence. Months of hard work and help from the production teachers came in together in performances that entertained audiences.

This year also saw students take their learning outside the classroom. Whether it was exploring wildlife at Chester Zoo, discovering the history of Whitby, completing DOFE or enjoying residential experiences, every trip gave students the opportunity to learn new skills, make memories and build friendships.

The performance arts have continued to thrive this year. Students impressed audiences at the Dance Showcase and Christmas Show Case, took part in the LEAP festival, developed their skills during a Musical Theatre Workshop with Cahir O’Neill and celebrated fantastic success in choir competitions.

There has also been plenty to celebrate outside the classroom. From sporting achievements to individual awards, Bosco students have continued to make us proud. A special congratulations to Chelsea N’Drin on signing for Chelsea FC Under-18s.

Students also represented Bosco in the wider community, including our talented sixth form textiles and fashion students who were selected to contribute to the Lord Mayor’s Fundraising Ladies Day Fashion Show.

As another school year comes to an end, it’s clear that Bosco has once again been filled with opportunities, achievements and unforgettable experiences. Thank you to all the students, staff and wider community, who have made this year so special.
We can’t wait to see what next year brings.
